  The team at Smartline led by Ian Simpson were flawless in their execution of customer service and communication. At ALL times throughout the process we were kept informed during every leg of the application. Ian , Elizabeth and Laine were always extremely courteous and polite. We were particularly impressed with Ian when our application hit an unknown hurdle and his ability to act quickly , efficiently and with the utmost professionalism to rectify the issue was a level of service we haven't seen in many many years , if ever. All communications backward and forwards included Ian and every member of his team and this alone has and will set them far and above any rival competitor in the mortgage broking industry. Having worked in the finance industry some 20 years ago I could only ever dream of providing the level of service I experienced with Ian , Elizabeth and Laine.   Ian and his team were incredible during my long road to qualifying for a loan and finding a property. I had some complex circumstances which involved a lot of questions, but they were always responsive and effective, finding me a great loan and guiding me through the approval process. Would highly recommend, and will 100% be using them for my next loan.
