  Received a quote, put in an order in Feb 2023. Paid a deposit, no communication. I had to followup, woman in office kept saying she'd get back to me... I went into office after 26 April and requested an update. They had not received the materials, I cancelled my order and requested a refund of deposit.. Woman in office said she'd transferred the money but then the bank stopped the transfer. She then said she would send two payments as this is what her bank suggested. Received one payment, then waited for the next. After another month I contacted Dept. Fair Trading. I have now received another half payment. Still waiting for the final amount.

  Reasonable work when and if you can get the boys out to a job...
  Refuse to return phone calls...
  Bit hap hazard and office staff really need to lift their game

  Not a fake review. Tried calling numerous times in Nov/Dec 2020 but no one answered. I finalised managed to spoke to a lady and left message for someone to contact me. No one did. My mother then rang and left a message and still no one called back. Maybe check your phone records. I can provide times and dates of phone calls.

  This is NOT a false review. I too have waited and waited, since July 2022 to be exact. So has my friend BL. Years ago they used to be very efficient, jobs used to get done very quickly. Don't know what's happened, customers can't even contact the office staff anymore, and don't expect a return phone call, even if you do get "lucky" enough to speak to one of the staff; and if she says she'll get back to you - don't hold your breath. They can't blame Covid anymore either. They do, however, have the time to check and reply to their online reviews :)
